Meet the Senseis
Sensei Jason Marquis
4th Dan
Sensei Jason Marquis, 4th Dan, has won National and British Championships multiple times, represented England at numerous events around the world and won a World Championship in IKU.
Sensei Jason began his Karate journey aged 5 at Grundy Park, with Sensei Bob Kealing in Shotokan style, because at that time he was obsessed with the Power Rangers. Jason created a strong foundation with Bob, but grew an appetite to compete. He joint the Hoddesdon Karate Club with Sensei Nick Markwick and at just aged 8 won the BASKA Hertfordshire Open. He achieved his 1st Dan at the age of 10.
